Follow the steps below to place an order :


  1. Make an account, make sure you fill out all the fields. 
  2. We are an online service, once the account has been created you add what you want to your cart. 
  3. Once all items have been added to the cart, go to your cart and proceed to check out. 
  4. The first page is where you can adjust the address for the delivery or the phone number for the delivery, if it’s correct then proceed to review your order. If everything is correct, place the order! 
  5. If a product is running low or out we will text you and let you know for you to pick out any substitutions.
  6. If you are a NEW PATIENT please type that in the notes section! 
  7. When your order is marked as complete that means we got it here at zoozoo and started preparing it! Please make sure address and phone number is correct! After order is marked as complete, please give our drivers at least 1-3 hours to deliver your order! Wait times may be extended during peak hours. A delivery driver will text you when they are close and when they arrive! Please wait for a driver to text ETA!
